At W for Woman, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Log into your W for Woman account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Product
Place the item in its original packaging with all garment tags and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package at no additional cost to you.
Receive Refund
Once the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
